- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
SCHRITTE
Peel the bottom third of the asparagus, trim the ends, and cut into 2–3 cm pieces.
Mix miso, mayonnaise, and grated ginger in a bowl to create the miso mayo sauce.
Arrange scallops and asparagus evenly in a heatproof dish. Spread the miso mayo sauce over the scallops and bake in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
