ZUTATEN
Main
- 250g silken tofu
- 100g ground pork
- 40g chopped Zha Cai
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 clove minced ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Chopped cilantro to taste
Seasoning A
- 1 tsp Doubanjiang
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
Seasoning B
- 3 tbsp ground white sesame
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1.5 cups water
SCHRITTE
Chop Zha Cai into small pieces and add to a pot with sesame oil, ground pork, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Stir and cook over medium-low heat.
Once the pork is cooked, add Seasoning A and stir-fry to combine. Then add Seasoning B and bring to a boil.
Scoop tofu into the pot using a large spoon and warm through. Serve in bowls topped with chopped cilantro.
