- 40g dried vermicelli
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms, minced
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasonings
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧀 2 tsp grated cheese
SCHRITTE
Boil the vermicelli in salted water for 2–3 minutes. Mince the shiitake mushrooms. Beat the eggs and mix with grated cheese.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, stir-fry the vermicelli and shiitake mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and let cool slightly. Mix with the egg mixture and return to the pan to cook to your desired consistency.
