- 🦐 80g peeled shrimp
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 5 okra (60g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasonings
- 150cc olive oil
- Sliced chili to taste
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
SCHRITTE
Rub the okra with salt (not listed in ingredients), roll it on a cutting board, rinse with water, and dry. Remove the stem and cut diagonally in half. Slice the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
Pat dry the peeled shrimp. Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a pan, heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili over low heat. Once fragrant, add shrimp, octopus, and okra. Cook over medium heat until the shrimp changes color.
