SCHRITTE
Wash the spinach thoroughly multiple times and drain the water using a strainer.
Boil water in a pot, add spinach, and blanch for 1 minute before removing.
Immerse the spinach briefly in cold water, rinse several times, and squeeze out excess water by hand.
Mix the spinach with all the seasonings and toss well using your hands.
