- 1 bunch of seri
- 1/2 bag of bean sprouts
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp ground sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Cut seri into 3cm pieces, place in a bowl, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, rub gently, let sit for 3 minutes, and drain excess water.
Place bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, microwave at 600W for 2 minutes, and drain excess water.
Combine bean sprouts, seri, and all seasonings in a bowl, mix well, and serve.
