- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
Coating
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp soy flour
SCHRITTE
Prepare the bonito by cutting it into desired portions and seasoning with salt and pepper.
Mix the coating ingredients: beaten egg, black sesame seeds, and soy flour.
Dip the bonito pieces into the coating mixture, ensuring they are fully covered.
Heat salad oil in a pan and pan-fry the coated bonito until the outside is crispy but the inside remains rare.
Prepare the sauce by mixing vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated garlic. Add mashed pickled plum for extra flavor.
Slice the fresh onion and arrange it with sprouts as a side. Serve the bonito cutlets with the sauce and vegetables.
