- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage

Sesame Yuzu Dressing Ingredients
- 🌰 1.5 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp yuzu jam
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
SCHRITTE
Prepare the sesame yuzu dressing by mixing sesame seeds, olive oil, yuzu jam, sesame oil, minced garlic, a pinch of salt, and lemon juice in a bowl.
Thinly slice 1/4 head of cabbage.
Rinse the cabbage multiple times and remove excess water.
