    • 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp consomme
    • 2 tbsp ketchup
    • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • A pinch of pepper

Mince the onion, shiitake mushrooms, and garlic. Remove the hard stems from the shiitake mushrooms.

Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add onion and shiitake mushrooms, and sauté over medium heat until softened. Add ground meat and cook until browned.

Add the seasonings (canned tomatoes, sugar, salt, consomme, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper). Mix well, cover, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Remove the lid and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes to reduce excess liquid.

Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain the water.

Plate the spaghetti, top with the meat sauce, and garnish with grated cheese and parsley.
