- 🐟 150g salmon (sashimi-grade)
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- A pinch of parsley, minced
Seasonings
- 🧈 30g salted butter
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce

- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
SCHRITTE
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic and parsley.
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat lightly with flour.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, then add the salmon and cook until both sides change color.
Push the salmon to the side of the pan, add the shimeji mushrooms, and stir-fry until softened. Mix everything together and drizzle soy sauce over the mixture. Stir-fry briefly over medium heat.
Plate the stir-fry and garnish with minced parsley.
