ZUTATEN
Main Ingredients
- 20g boiled whitebait
- 🧈 300g firm tofu
- 5 shiso leaves, minced
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Filling Seasoning
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
SCHRITTE
Wrap the firm tofu in kitchen paper and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes to remove excess moisture. Let it cool. Mince the shiso leaves.
In a bowl, mix the tofu and filling seasonings (egg, potato starch, salt and pepper) until smooth. Add the whitebait and minced shiso leaves, then divide the mixture into 4 portions and shape into patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Cook the patties until golden brown on both sides. Add the sauce ingredients (mirin, sugar, soy sauce) and simmer until the sauce thickens.
