ZUTATEN
Main Ingredients
- 180g shirataki (pre-boiled)
- 20g kiriboshi daikon
- 5 green beans
- 1/4 red bell pepper (38g)
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/4 tsp chicken bouillon powder
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
- 💧 50ml water
SCHRITTE
Soak the kiriboshi daikon in water for 10 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
Cut the green beans into bite-sized pieces and slice the red bell pepper thinly.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the shirataki and stir-fry for 2 minutes to remove excess moisture.

Mix all the seasonings (sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken bouillon, garlic, black pepper, and water) in a bowl. Pour the mixture into the pan.
Simmer the mixture for 3-4 minutes until the sauce is absorbed and the flavors meld together.
