- 🦐 200g boiled shrimp with shells
- 🌱 200g frozen edamame
- 🧆 150g canned chickpeas
- 🌽 100g canned corn
Honey Mayo Dressing
- 🥪 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍯 1/2 tbsp honey
- 🍋 2 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
SCHRITTE
Boil the shrimp with shells until cooked, then peel and set aside.
Cook the frozen edamame according to package instructions and drain.
Combine the shrimp, edamame, chickpeas, and corn in a large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to coat evenly.
