Seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger or plum cooking wine

SCHRITTE
Trim the base of the bok choy, separate the inner leaves, and wash thoroughly.
Heat a pan with canola oil and sauté minced garlic.
Add prepared shrimp and cooking wine to the pan and stir-fry.
Add bok choy, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and pepper to taste.
Stir-fry until bok choy wilts slightly, then serve.
