SCHRITTE
Cut shiitake mushrooms into halves or quarters. Slice garlic in half, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
Pat the peeled shrimp dry with a paper towel.
Heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add shrimp and shiitake mushrooms, cooking for 3–5 minutes until done.
