- 🦐 4 tbsp dried shrimp
- 3 shiso leaves
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
- 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Crispy Batter
- 55g all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 💧 100ml water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
SCHRITTE
Mix all-purpose flour, potato starch, salt, and water in a bowl to create the batter.
Heat 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly.
Top the batter with dried shrimp, shiso leaves, and pizza cheese.
Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
Drizzle 1 tbsp sesame oil around the edges and cook until crispy.
