SCHRITTE
Thinly slice the onion and quarter the mushrooms. Remove the shrimp's vein and cut them in half. Grease a heatproof dish with butter.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion until soft. Add mushrooms and shrimp, cooking until shrimp change color. Add 25g butter and flour, stirring until no longer powdery. Gradually add milk, stirring to create a thick sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread a thin layer of sauce in the greased dish. Layer dumpling wrappers slightly overlapping, then repeat with sauce and wrappers. Finish with sauce on top, sprinkle grated cheese, and bake in a toaster oven for 7–8 minutes until golden.
