- 🍤 5-6 shrimp
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 handful bean sprouts
- 1/2 green onion
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 3-4 pepper chilies
- A pinch of herb salt
SCHRITTE
Season shrimp with pepper, herb salt, and cooking wine.
Prepare scrambled eggs and set aside.
Sauté onion, shrimp, and pepper chilies in a bit of olive oil.
When shrimp is cooked, add bean sprouts and sauces, stir-fry quickly.
Add scrambled eggs and mix well.
Add green onion and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
