Main Ingredients
- 1 piece (200g) atsuage
- 3 chikuwa
Seasonings
- 💧 150cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
SCHRITTE
Wipe off excess oil from the atsuage using kitchen paper. Cut the shorter side in half and the longer side into four equal pieces. Slice the chikuwa diagonally in half.
Place the atsuage, chikuwa, and seasonings (☆) into a pot. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then cover and simmer over low heat for 6–7 minutes.
