ZUTATEN
Meat
- 🐖 150g sliced pork
Tofu
- 100g fried tofu
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g bok choy
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 80ml water
SCHRITTE
Cut the fried tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Separate bok choy leaves from stems. Cut stems into 2cm pieces and leaves into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all seasoning ingredients (marked ☆) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the pork until its color changes.
Add fried tofu and bok choy stems to the pan and stir-fry until well combined. Then add the mixed seasoning and simmer on low heat until thickened.
Add bok choy leaves and simmer until they are tender.
