    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger

Rehydrate the dried daikon radish in water, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Roughly chop the Zha Cai.

In a microwave-safe container, mix the ground pork and all ☆ condiments. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Add the rehydrated daikon and mix well.

Cover loosely again and microwave for another 3 minutes. Mix well and serve on a plate, garnished with chopped green onion.
