- 🎃 1/4 pumpkin
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced

- 🍗 200g chicken thigh

- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🍅 1/2 can diced tomatoes
- 💧 50ml water
- 1 tsp miso
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
SCHRITTE
Cut the pumpkin and chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion thinly.
Heat salad oil in a pot and sauté the pumpkin and chicken until browned.
Add the sliced onion and mix well. Then add the ☆ ingredients, cover the pot, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Serve the dish in a bowl and enjoy warm.
