Seasonings
- 150ml water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
SCHRITTE
Remove seeds and pulp from the pumpkin, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, combine ground chicken and all seasonings (water, sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce). Heat over medium heat.
Once boiling, skim off any foam, add the pumpkin pieces, and bring to a boil again. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 7–9 minutes until the pumpkin is tender.
