- 1 piece ginger, julienned

- 70g canned tuna
Condiment
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 2 tbsp mentsuyu
- 1/2 cup water
SCHRITTE
Slice the daikon radish thinly after cutting it in half lengthwise. Julienne the ginger.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, then add the daikon radish and canned tuna. Stir-fry briefly.
Add mentsuyu, water, and julienned ginger. Mix well and simmer until the liquid is absorbed.
