    • 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes

    • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • Sauce

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1/2 tsp consomme powder
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
    • 🧂 A pinch of pepper
    • 💧 100ml water

Separate the turnip leaves from the white part. Peel the white part and cut it into 6 wedges. Chop the leaves into 4cm pieces.

Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the pork and grated garlic, cooking until the pork is no longer pink. Add the white part of the turnips and stir until coated with oil.

Add the canned tomatoes and all sauce ingredients. Mix briefly, cover the pot, and simmer on low heat for about 8 minutes until the turnips are tender.

Add the turnip leaves, mix lightly, and cook for an additional 1 minute.
