- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked rice

- 🥩 150g sliced beef

- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced

- 2 tsp salad oil

- 1 tbsp pickled ginger

- 2 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 💧 100ml water
- 1 tsp grated ginger
SCHRITTE
Slice the onion into 8 wedges.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, add beef, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add mentsuyu, water, grated ginger, and onion. Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes until the onion softens.
Serve cooked rice in bowls, top with the beef mixture, and garnish with pickled ginger.
