- 🥕 2 carrots
- 🧅 2 onions
- 4 shiitake mushrooms
Processed Ingredients
- 1 sheet fish cake
- 3 rice cakes
- 15 sheets rice paper
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
SCHRITTE
Chop all the vegetables and processed ingredients into small pieces.
Mix the chopped ingredients in a bowl and season with 1 tbsp oyster sauce. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Soak rice paper in lukewarm water until pliable.
Place the filling onto the softened rice paper, fold in half, then fold the sides and roll tightly.
Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan and pan-fry the dumplings until golden brown on both sides.
Serve the dumplings warm and enjoy!
