- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🥚 2 eggs, lightly beaten
Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp water
SCHRITTE
Thinly slice the onion and chop the green onion into small pieces.
Lightly beat the eggs without overmixing.
Combine soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and water to make the sauce. Add it to a pan along with the onion and green onion. Simmer on low heat.
Once the onion is fully cooked, pour the beaten eggs evenly over the mixture.
Serve the mixture over rice and enjoy.
