- 🌭 6 sausages (120g)
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g)
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g)
- 🥬 1/8 cabbage (150g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g)
Seasonings
- 💧 500cc water
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
SCHRITTE
Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak in water. Slice carrots into quarters lengthwise. Remove the core from the cabbage and cut it in half. Slice the onion into wedges.
Place potatoes, carrots, onions, and 2 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes.
Heat a pot with the seasonings (water, consomme, salt, pepper). Once boiling, add microwaved vegetables, cabbage, and sausages. Cover and simmer on low heat for 6 minutes.
