- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
SCHRITTE
Pierce the surface of the chicken breast with a fork.
Place all ingredients into a storage bag, massage to mix, and refrigerate overnight.
Boil a pot of water, add the marinated chicken, and bring to a boil again. Cover the pot, turn off the heat, and let it sit for 50–60 minutes. Remove and slice into bite-sized pieces.
