- 🧅 1 fresh onion (150g), thinly sliced
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 1 packet (4g) bonito flakes
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Thinly slice the fresh onion and rinse briefly in water. Drain well.
In a bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients (sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sesame seeds).
Arrange the onion slices on a plate, drizzle with the dressing, and sprinkle chopped green onion and bonito flakes on top.
