- 1/3 can spam
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🧅 1/3 onion, sliced
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- Adequate amount of mayonnaise
SCHRITTE
Cut the spam into cube shapes.
Pan-fry the spam until golden brown.
Scramble the egg without adding salt.
Slice the onion and sauté lightly in oil.
Add soy sauce, oligosaccharide, and cooking wine to the sautéed onion.
Place the cooked rice in a bowl and arrange scrambled eggs around it.
