ZUTATEN
Vegetables
- 1 handful bean sprouts
- 1/2 zucchini, sliced
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, sliced
Grains
- 🍚 1/2 cup mixed grain rice
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 🥚 1 egg
SCHRITTE
Wash the bean sprouts, zucchini, and carrot. Slice the zucchini and carrot.
Place the prepared vegetables in a steamer over boiling water.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the vegetables.
Steam the vegetables on high heat for 7-8 minutes.
Prepare 1/2 cup of mixed grain rice and fry an egg while steaming the vegetables.
Place the steamed vegetables over the rice and drizzle with 1 tbsp sesame oil.
Top with the fried egg and add gochujang or soy sauce to taste.
