- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp soybean paste
- 1 tbsp anchovy powder
Liquid
- 1 cup broth
SCHRITTE
Boil the dried radish greens, rinse them thoroughly, and squeeze out excess water. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, combine the radish greens, minced garlic, red pepper powder, anchovy powder, soybean paste, and all other seasonings.
Pour the broth over the mixture and stir gently.
Cover the pot and simmer until the broth is reduced and the dish becomes thick.
Serve the Siraegi Jjageuli hot.
