Chive Salad Dressing
- 200g chives
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2.5 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

- Smoked duck, prepared
SCHRITTE
Wash the chives thoroughly and cut them into 5–7 cm pieces.
Slice the onion thinly and add it to a large mixing bowl with the chives.
Mix chili powder, fish sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic, and sesame oil in a separate bowl to create the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the chives and onions, then mix well.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and mix lightly to finish the chive salad.
Prepare the smoked duck by steaming or pan-frying for 2–3 minutes to remove excess fat.
Serve the smoked duck alongside the chive salad for a complete meal.
