- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧂 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 🥛 1/2 cup milk
- 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1.5 tbsp baking powder
- 🍎 2-3 apples
SCHRITTE
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a 24 cm round pan with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine 2 eggs and 1 cup of sugar.
Add 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1/2 cup milk, 2.5 cups flour, and 1.5 tbsp baking powder to the egg mixture.
Peel and slice half of the apples, then fold them into the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and arrange the remaining apple slices on top in a decorative pattern.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Let the cake cool completely before removing from the pan and optionally dust with powdered sugar.
