Main Ingredients
- 🍗 2 pieces chicken breast
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
- 🧅 1 onion
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp gochujang (red chili paste)
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- A pinch of black pepper
SCHRITTE
Defrost chicken breast in the refrigerator or at room temperature.
Cut green onion into finger-length pieces, slice carrot thinly, and roughly chop onion and cabbage.
Slice chicken breast into thick strips and mix with the seasoning ingredients.
Heat a pan with a little oil and stir-fry the green onion until translucent.
Add the prepared vegetables and marinated chicken to the pan.
Add 5 tbsp of water to the seasoning bowl and pour into the pan.
Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and serve hot.
