ZUTATEN
Essential Ingredients
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 90g soft tofu
- 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧀 1 slice cheese
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Pinch of sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional)
SCHRITTE
In a bowl, whisk 2 eggs with a pinch of salt.
Add 90g soft tofu and 1 tbsp chopped green onion to the egg mixture and combine.
Heat a pan with oil and pour in the egg mixture.
Cook while stirring gently to create scrambled eggs.
Add 1 slice of cheese (cut into small pieces) and a pinch of pepper. Stir until melted.
Serve cooked rice in a bowl, top with the scrambled egg mixture, and drizzle 1 tbsp sesame oil and a pinch of sesame seeds.
