ZUTATEN
Essential Ingredients
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🍄 3 button mushrooms
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic
- 1 block soft tofu
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- A pinch of parsley flakes
SCHRITTE
Chop the onion, garlic, and mushrooms into large pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion, garlic, and mushrooms until golden.
Once the onion turns translucent, season with salt and pepper, then add tomato sauce and lightly heat.
Transfer the sautéed tomato sauce into an oven or microwave-safe dish.
Place the soft tofu on top of the sauce and slice it into 1cm thick pieces using a knife or spoon.
Top with mozzarella cheese as desired and sprinkle parsley flakes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes or use an air fryer at the same temperature and time. For microwaving, melt the cheese to finish.
