- 80cc concentrated soy sauce
- 💧 50cc water
- 🥛 200cc soy milk

SCHRITTE
Cut open the mentaiko and remove the contents. Mix mentaiko, concentrated soy sauce, water, and soy milk in a bowl.
Cook the somen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and remove excess water.
Serve the somen noodles in a bowl, pour the sauce over, and garnish with your preferred toppings.
