- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Seasonings
- 🥛 1 pack soy milk

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
SCHRITTE
Dice the onion, bell pepper, and king oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan with oil and sauté the diced vegetables until softened.
Add 2 cups of cooked rice and 1 pack of soy milk to the pan.
Season with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/4 tsp salt, and a pinch of pepper. Simmer until the mixture thickens.
