    • 💧 200cc water
    • 100cc unsweetened soy milk
  • Seasoning

    • 🌰 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
    • 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
    • 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

Wash the clams by rubbing the shells together and drain. In a pot, add clams, water, and sake. Heat until boiling, cover, and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes until the clams open.

Add bean sprouts and seasoning ingredients (☆) to the pot. Simmer for 1–2 minutes.

Add soy milk and warm gently without bringing to a boil. Turn off the heat.
