SCHRITTE
Mix soy sauce, minced garlic, corn syrup, cooking wine, and black pepper to create the sauce.
Trim the enoki mushroom stems and rinse them thoroughly, separating the strands.
Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and stir-fry the sliced onion over medium heat.
Add the enoki mushrooms to the pan once the onions are slightly softened.
Pour the prepared sauce over the vegetables and mix well.
Cook until the enoki mushrooms are tender, then turn off the heat and serve.
