- 300g bean sprouts
- 1 green onion
Meat
- 250g thinly sliced pork belly
Seasoning
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
SCHRITTE
Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly and drain the water.
Slice the green onion lengthwise into strips.
Heat a pan and spread out the thinly sliced pork belly. Cook until browned.
Add the green onion to the pan and stir-fry with the pork belly until fragrant.
Add 1 tbsp sugar and 5 tbsp soy sauce to the pan. Stir well to coat the pork belly.
Add the bean sprouts to the pan and stir-fry with the pork belly until the bean sprouts are cooked.
Serve hot and enjoy your meal.
