- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp Korean soy sauce
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Some sesame seeds
- 🧂 Some salt
- Some pepper
- 1/2 tbsp cooking wine
SCHRITTE
Clean the squid thoroughly under running water and prepare it.
Cut the squid into bite-sized pieces.
Marinate the squid with salt, pepper, and cooking wine.
Slice the onion and zucchini into thin strips.
Cut the green onion diagonally into thin slices.
Stir-fry minced garlic, onion, and zucchini in a pan.
Add the marinated squid to the pan and stir-fry lightly.
Pour the pre-mixed sauce into the pan and stir-fry again.
Add green onion, sesame oil, and sesame seeds before serving.
