SCHRITTE
Cut the green onion into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork belly, and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add soybean sprouts and stir-fry until softened.
Add kimchi, soy sauce, and sugar, then stir-fry together. Finally, add green onion and stir-fry until softened.
