ZUTATEN
Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu for stew
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- 🧅 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 small can of spam
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
SCHRITTE
Slice the onion and green chilies. Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Place the onion, tofu, and spam into a pot.
Add water until the tofu is submerged, then mix in the prepared seasonings.
Cook on high heat until boiling, then reduce to medium heat.
Simmer until the sauce thickens, then turn off the heat and serve.
