    • 800ml water
    • 1 tsp grated ginger
    • 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic

Cut the cabbage into quarters, slice the carrot into four lengthwise pieces, and quarter the potatoes. Soak the potatoes in water and drain. Quarter the tomato and remove the stem.

Heat olive oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat. Add the spare ribs and cook until browned on both sides.

Add the cabbage, carrot, and potatoes to the pressure cooker. Mix in the additional seasonings and tomato, then bring to a boil.

Cover the pressure cooker and heat on high until pressure builds. Reduce to low heat and cook for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the pressure release naturally.
