- 🍗 3 chicken wings
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g), chopped
- 🥔 1 potato (150g), chopped
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), quartered
- 300ml water
Sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧄 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- Pinch of chili powder
- 1 tsp sesame oil
SCHRITTE
Chop the carrot and potato into bite-sized pieces. Quarter the onion into wedges.
Make cuts along the bone of the chicken wings using kitchen scissors.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Add the vegetables and chicken wings, and coat evenly.
Place the mixture into a rice cooker, add water, and cook using the regular rice setting.
