ZUTATEN
Main Ingredients
- 🧈 1 block tofu
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 2 green chilies
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
Seasonings
- 1.5 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1.5 tbsp red pepper paste
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
SCHRITTE
Slice 1/2 onion and 2 green chilies into bite-sized pieces.
Mix 1.5 tbsp red pepper powder, 1.5 tbsp red pepper paste, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1/2 tbsp minced garlic to create the seasoning sauce.
Arrange sliced onion in a shallow frying pan and place tofu blocks around it.
Add water until tofu is partially submerged and pour the seasoning sauce over the top.
Cover the pan and simmer on low heat until the tofu absorbs the flavors.
Open the lid, add sliced green onion and remaining green chilies, and continue simmering until the sauce thickens.
